#phobia #fear read somewhere, like to share... Our fears may revolve around our physical safety, particularly if we are not feeling well, living under difficult circumstances, or doing work that exposes us to hazardous conditions. Or, we may be experiencing financial woes that are causing us to be fearful about making ends meet. We may also fear the loss of a loved one who is sick, or we may be scared of never finding someone special to spend our life with. We may be scared to start at a new school, begin a different job, move to a new town, or meet new people. Whatever our fears are, they are valid & we do not need to feel ashamed or embarrassed that we are, at times, afraid.

Free of resentment, we have much more energy & attention to devote to our personal development. We can fill the spaces it left behind with unconditional acceptance & joy. And, as a result of our subsequent freedom from resentment, blessings can once again enter our lives as the walls we built to contain our anger have been demolished.

I want to leave my alcohol addiction and know about spiritual advancement
I want to leave my alcohol addiction and know about spiritual advancement
Case: A 59 years old surgeon came for PLR
to leave alcohol and to get guidance for spiritual growth.
Regression: I am a man wearing Kurta Dhoti in a small village market. There is a very small cheap liquor shop. Now I reached my home. It’s a very good house. I am well off. I have a wife and a son and a daughter. I am Hindu. Its morning time I am going to my farm. I give orders to others. People respect me and I am rich. Its evening and now I am going to a liquor shop and drinking. Now going back to home. It’s a very old time period. Liquor is not of good equality.
My health is bad. My kids are married. I am nearly 75 years of age. I am bed ridden. Only my daughter is taking care of me. I died due to bad health. My body is cremated. My daughter is crying and she is very sad.
Lesson Learnt: I shouldn’t have drink alcohol. I feel sadness for my daughter.
In LBL (Life between Lives):
1) It’s very bright white peaceful and serene here.
2) My master guide light is here and guiding me-
a) Do not trouble anyone
b) Do not lie
c) Be at peace
d) You have to leave liquor yourself
e) Try to live life spiritually

"The road to success is not a superhighway. It is a rugged mountain trail found only by visionaries and travelled only by the most courageous and persevering.Success is the sum of your good daily, weekly, monthly and yearly decisions and actions. But the most important part is that When you can meet success and failure with the same dignity , then you are a mature Soul " .

Affermations and it's power...read somewhere, like to share....
#loa #lawofattraction #trainer #lifecoah #loaworkshop #drvandanaraghuvanshi #affermationThe True Way of Affirming Your Power to Create
"Affirmation means saying 'yes' to yourself & to the life you lead, & to accepting your own unique person-hood .... Affirmation means that you embrace the life that is yours & flows through you. Your affirmation of yourself is one of your greatest strengths. You can at times quite properly deny certain portions of experience, while still confirming your own vitality. You do not have to say "yes" to people, issues, or to events with which you are deeply disturbed. Affirmation does not mean a bland wishy-washy acceptance of anything that comes your way, regardless of your feelings about it. Biologically, affirmation means health. You go along with life, understanding that you form your experience, emphasizing your ability to do so. Affirmation does not mean sitting back and saying, "I can do nothing. It is all in Fate's hands, therefore whatever happens, happens."....[Affirmation] is the acceptance of your individuality in flesh. Basically it is a spiritual, psychic &d biological necessity, and represents your appreciation of your singular integrity."
[Affirmation] means saying 'yes' to your own being. It means acquiescing to your reality as a spirit in flesh. Within the framework of your own complexity, you have the right to say 'no" to certain situations, to express your desires, to communicate your feelings. If you do so, then in the great flow & sweep of your eternal reality there will be an overall current of love & creativity that carries you. Affirmation is the acceptance of yourself in your present as the person that you are. Within that acceptance you may find qualities that you wish you did not have or that annoy you. You must not expect to be "per-fect"...Your ideas of perfection mean a state of fulfillment beyond which there is no future growth, & no such state exists.
Affirmation always involves the acknowledgment of your power in the present ... Denial is the surrendering of that power. Affirmation then is the acquiescence to your ability, as a spirit within flesh, to form the physical reality of your creature-hood. "

(What we think we become)

It’s important when we’re facing something that’s really hard for us, whether it’s doing taxes, paying bills, or visiting a challenging relative, that we lovingly support ourselves through the process. The more supported we feel, the easier it is to open our minds to the idea that we could change our way of looking at the situation. In truth, most of the chores we don’t like doing are intimately intertwined with our blessings. When we remember this, we feel gratitude, which makes it hard to stay in a dark mood. We can shift our attitude by considering how much we love our home as we clean it and how lucky we are to have a roof over our head. Any task can be transformed from a burden to a necessary aspect of caring for something we love. All we have to do is shift our perspective, and our attitude follows shortly behind.

Read somewhere ,like to share.... Energy Vampires: How to Escape Toxic people are not only energetically draining, they have a direct effect on our success & happiness. Let’s face it, we are all vibrational beings. Surrounding ourselves with high vibrational, positive people, propels us onward & upward, raising the bar in life for us all to match. When we slum it around low vibrational, negative people, we’re pulled down. As my dad used to say, “water seeks it’s own level.” Being a a loving compassionate person has nothing to do with slumming it vibrationally. Where this dynamic sneaks up on us is in the realm of friendships. As we mature & experience life, we naturally grow & evolve, which means that our friendships must also adapt. Sadly, sometimes it’s necessary to call a weed a weed in the garden of our friendships & do a little pruning. While it’s admirable to have life long friendships, the truth is, people change. Not everyone wants to take responsibility for the life they’re living & when toxic friends aren’t happy, they tend to pull everyone around them down too. This isn’t about the friend that goes through a rough spot & needs some extra time & attention, it’s about the overview of your entire friendship. Has it been a back and forth volley or a one way serve? If you have a huge heart & you’re a loving person, it’s easy to ignore the signs, but toxic people are easy to spot once you know what to look for. So ask yourself: 1. Are you exhausted after spending time with them? Give them an inch and they’ll take nine million miles. You know who I’m talking about. What starts as an innocuous conversation ends with you feeling tired & drained. What happened? A brief conversation with them happened. Spend time at the water cooler sharing small talk & suddenly you’re ready for a nap. Talk to another mom on the school yard for ten minutes and you’re ready to put yourself down for the day. 2. Are you unable to fit a word in edgewise? You know who I’m talking about: the phone call when you find yourself uh huh’ing repeatedly without actually having a conversation. Your friend goes negative on you and suddenly you’re listening to their list of woes in life & acting as a stand in therapist. This isn’t about a friend in need or one going through transition, it’s about those people who talk at you rather than with you - all of the time. Admittedly it can be hard to stay in touch with how you’re feeling as toxic friends can be sneaky and subtle, but when someone wants to complain instead of problem solve, pull out your sword & start trimming your time with them. 3. Speaking of time, are people respecting yours? Are you? Some people will drone on & on even when you’ve said you’re busy and can’t talk right now. In these times a sharper sword is needed. This is your time & ultimately your life, and right now it’s being filled with someone else’s sloppy boundaries. 4. How are you feeling? The biggest tool in your bag IS your body. When you silently scan your body while talking to someone, you’ll either feel relaxed and in the moment, or you’ll be clenching something. If you’re holding your breath and looking desperately for a way to break into their long-winded speech, you are being talked at and sucked dry. This isn’t a sign of a healthy friendship. Time with a healthy friend should leave you smiling, inspired and feeling full and happy. 5. Are you caught in the gossip trap? Gossip might make you feel bonded to a friend, but it’s draining. Participating in gossip wilts your petals faster than any toxic friend could on their own because once you spill their gossip, you’re the one left holding the empty bag feeling terrible. Avoid gossips at all costs by closing the door on people in your life that love to do it. Chances are they will eventually gossip about you anyways, so protect yourself. 6. Do you withhold positive news from them so they aren’t jealous? True friends are happy when your life is going well. Toxic friends are jealous and will compare their own life to yours instead of celebrating your wins. Disrespecting your time, constant negativity, gossiping, complaining rather than problem solving, jealousy, and routinely taking instead of giving are toxic behaviors for which boundaries were invented. Clearing your life of toxic friendships takes courage, but if you trust your heart, time eventually delivers like- minded people into your life. And that my friend, is well worth the wait.

Inerview Tips...
Read somewhere....
Remaining Relaxed During An Interview / Meeting
A state of relaxed alertness will yield best results in an interview or an important meeting. To relax, you need to remove all sense of confrontation, instead see the meeting as a friendly fact finding exchange & an opportunity to talk quietly of your achievements.
1. Think of your interviewer as someone with whom, very soon, you might find that you have a great deal in common – perhaps not a friend, but someone you enjoy talking to.
2. If the questions become difficult, visualize the Supreme Being in the form of a person in the room – perhaps standing behind the interviewer. Imagine him as a friend urging you on, praising your handling of the situation, persuading you to succeed.
3. If the interviewer seems unfriendly, say to yourself: it is because he or she has difficulty with the situation. Respond calmly & pleasantly.

In a lot many of the different types of relationships we find ourselves in, may they be our personal relationships or at the workplace, we sometimes feel ourselves to be in a position where we feel we are being dominated & controlled negatively by the opposite person. A very common example of the above negative energy, in personal & non-personal relationships, is when someone gets angry with you & manages to make you react & get upset, they mange to dominate you. Over a period of time they start realizing that they possess an invisible & powerful remote control, using which, whenever they want to control you, what they should do is to get angry with you & that way they will achieve the desired control. Their anger becomes a remote control. When you react you are allowing this control or allowing the other's remote control to work. It is you that chooses to allow yourself to be influenced & dominated. It is important for us to realize that we can choose & take the decision to allow ourselves to be controlled & dominated, or we can choose to express what we feel without being affected by the reaction of the other & still maintaining our love, respect & good wishes for the other. Let us not allow ourselves to be dominated & influenced by entities external to us which includes objects & people or we will lose energy. Each moment we allow another person's remote control to work successfully or we allow an object to control and dominate our emotional state, we weaken internally. We become like a puppet in the other person's hands. A puppet is never powerful because it does not act on its own but is controlled by someone else. We need to prevent that, if we want to conserve our energy and remain spiritually strong. Meditation & spiritual knowledge both increase our spiritual strength & also increase our self esteem or self respect over a period of time. Both these increases help us remain in self control & not only disallow the other's remote control to work but also become assertive (not aggressive) & take a stand when required.

Testimonial....Surrogate Past life Regression.... Send by the person who had this session with me..... .Surrogate regression was taken by myself for my brother. Issue for which session was taken was my brother's relationship with a girl from past 7 years, he wanted to marry her but my parents were not ready as they wanted him to first get settled in life and then get married. My brother who left studies after higher secondary wanted to start a construction bussiness but my father who is a retired person had limited resources and was not well from past few years so cannot help my brother. He wanted that my brother should go abroad, be independent by himself to run a family and then get married but girl's parents were continuously pressurising for marriage. This lead to blame game, as my brother started blaming parents that because of them he is not able to earn and not getting married. My brother started misbheaving with parents and use to threat them that he'll commit suicide. Then I approached Dr. Vandana and she suggested me to take a surrogate regression for my brother. On the day of regression doctor took me into deep hypnotic trans. Session beginned with seeking permission from my higher self and my brother's higher self to further proceed for PLR. After permission was granted, I was taken to most important past life of my brother which was affecting the present. It was 18th century life, in England. Entered the life as young 5 years old child with curly hair (same as he is having in his present life) and his name was Sam. With entering only into this past life crying beginned. Doctor asked to observe what happened to him. Saw that he was playing a with ball and was happy, then had a fight with young girl who was also playing with him and girl slapped him ( found that young girl to be myself, sister in his past life also, similar fights we had in our present childhood also). In next scene, he was sitting on table and having dinner with father( same father in present life) and was happy, father loves him alot. Next I was asked to observe important event affecting present life. Sam was now 12 or 13 years old sitting on a wooden swing with a girl and holding her hand. Both were in love and the girl was his present life girlfriend also. Doctor asked to see what happens next. In next scene, he was 17 years old boy sitting depressed on chair and suddenly he gets up from chair go towards wooden almirah, opens it and picks up a revolver and shoot himself in his right forehead (in present life also he use to have severe headache on right side). Doctor asked to see why he shot himself and is there someone with him. Saw him lying in a pool of blood in his mother's lap (same mother in present life also) but reason for which he comitted suicide was not found. Then doctor said life got over and took Sam's soul to very higher plane and ask to see down in life and find the reason. Then saw Sam begging before his girlfriend's parents to let him meet her and he wanted to marry her. But they didn't allowed as they wanted him to bring money from home and told him they will marry their daughter to him only when he brings them money, they were greedy. In next scene, he steals money and jewellery from home and gives it to his girlfriend's parents but they wanted him to bring more and didn't allowed him to meet girl (in present life also he use to take money from mother by lying to her that he needs it and then buy expensive gifts for his girlfriend). Sam started remaining depressed, his mother made lot of efforts to make him understand that they are not good people and he should forget about girl as we don't have the amount of money they are asking for but he was adamant that he'll only marry that girl. He goes to his girlfriend's house daily and begs in front of her parents but they didn't said yes to his proposal. After sometime they married their daughter to some rich man and girl was also happy with her husband. After this event Sam was under severe depression and ended his life. Then Dr.Vandana took the soul to seek master light's guidance. Guidance came that he should go abroad. After guidance healing was given and lot of blackness got released from body of my brother. Dr. Vandana also released all the unwanted chords from his aura. Then 2nd life came of a married woman. Husband was present life girlfriend. I was asked to observe important event. Saw husband was hitting wife with a wooden stick. Reason behind was wife didn't brought enough dowry. In next scene, saw husband left the wife and started living with another women. Wife couldn't bear this and ended her life by jumping in a river. After death soul was brought up and healing was given by doctor to release suicidal tendencies which remained in both lifes and in present life also my brother use to threaten parents for ending life himself. Results: My brother ended up relationship with the girl. Now he understands that his parents were right, respects them more. He has moved abroad now.

Read somewhere , like to share... Resolving The Inner Identity Crisis At the present moment in human history, almost every individual has lost the awareness of its real or true self. This has happened very gradually as each individual has progressed in its journey of birth-rebirth & has kept on attaching itself to various different things & as a result losing its sense of self in things that it is not i.e. identifying with things that it is not. In a way it can be said that this took the self far away from itself. This personal, internal identity crisis has led to a universal, external identity crisis, which has resulted in an emotional crisis resulting in peacelessness & sorrow in our inner world as well as in the outer world. This inner identity crisis is the root cause of the multitude of deformed emotions that exist inside us like anger, ego, lust, fear, comparison with others, greed, hatred, low self esteem, dependencies etc. all of which have brought us & keep on bringing us pain. We explain this with an example – suppose you have just constructed a new apartment. While making it & once its ready and you are using it, you have become excessively attached to it i.e. you have started identifying with it. Due to this false identification, the first emotion that gets created inside you is ego. If someone were to criticize the apartment even slightly, you would react immediately with anger. You constantly fear any sort of harm to the apartment. You even compare it with apartments that others possess. You also start looking down at people whose apartment is not as good as yours i.e. you create emotions of hatred for them. If something negative were to happen it, it affects your mental state immediately i.e. your happiness has become dependent on the material possession. Your temporary success along with the recognition that it brings you from others leads to the desire of more success of a similar type i.e. possess some more things - bigger & better, which is nothing but greed etc. The seed of all these incorrect emotions is my over-identification with this newly acquired possession. All of these wouldn’t exist inside me, if my relationship with was one of detachment with it. In this way, we identify with various objects & people in the whole day, which leads to the creation of such emotions inside us. This is how the confusions, complications & problems that exist in our world today & the state of human relationships all over the world, are simply a reflection of our lack of inner clarity about who we are, what we are & where we are heading i.e. a lack of true self-identity. So how do we resolve this internal & external turmoil? There is an original, beautiful self, with characteristics of peace, love & happiness that exists within each one of us, the self from which we have been distanced since a very long time. This is a center full of the spiritual resources of all virtues and powers. Reaching it is a journey of only one second & no distance. By identifying with this inner centre, a centre which is imperishable, unchangeable, constant & even eternal, my self identity becomes strong & stable, as compared to many false identities based on external realities like position, wealth & material possessions which are all perishable & subject to various ups & downs even in one single day, and if we over identify with them, we are bound to experience constant pain & discontentment. This process of true self-identification is not a renunciation or avoidance of the way the outer world is but it is a healing process for your inner world. It is an internal correction process of identification, whereby you rediscover your true self as a complete being full of positive emotions that you always were & you start identifying with it, doing which very easily helps you let go of the wrong identifications. This process is commonly called meditation, the foundation of which is spiritual wisdom. Once this inner work is done, the outer world starts taking the shape of a reflection of that. Resolving the identity crisis first changes the way our internal & external world looks to us, as a result changing the way it works.

LOA WORKSHOP, CHANDIGARH
The most important relationship we have in our lives is with our selves. And even though we are the only ones who are present at every moment of our lives from birth onward this relationship can be the most difficult one to cultivate. This may be because society places such emphasis on the importance of being in a romantic partnership, even teaching us to set aside our own needs for the needs of another. Until we know ourselves, however, we cannot possibly choose the right relationship to support our mutual growth toward our highest potential. By allowing ourselves to be comfortable with being alone, we can become the people with whom we want to have a relationship.

Life is so much more simple than most humans realize. It is not this journey that must be conquered, that must be understood. It is a journey that must be lived, only lived in the present moment day-to-day, here and now. And in the entirety of each moment, there may be feelings from the past, feelings from the future, all kinds of emotions that cannot be explained by the mind. Feeling and allowing those emotions is part of the living, part of the being.

LOA, CHANDIGARH
To strengthen yourself you need to have mental clarity or focus. That is possible if there is not so much of excessive thought, so as to generate clouds of unhappiness, suffering, grief, indecision, doubts & negativity - thoughts that your mind produces, thoughts that are weak, useless or wasteful. All of these thoughts cloud your own clarity. Mental focus means to think less, think concretely, concentrate, think in an elevated way & your thought will have an energy of clarity & inner strength that will help you to put it into practice with greater success. You should strengthen yourself to achieve a state of self-control. For this, you need to study yourself, know yourself & understand yourself. You need inner silence, for there not to be so much mental chatter (noise) from thinking, thinking, thinking & thinking.
On top of that, other people influence you & so you generate even more thoughts. There are so many influences & inner voices that speak to you. With all of that there cannot be clarity. There is the voice of your fears, of your ego, that of desires & greed, there are influences of the past, thoughts emerging from your values, influences of your neighbors, your children, your husband or wife, your mother or father, the influence of your office colleague's opinion, or your best friend, your doctor, your guru, etc. You can listen to many inner & outer voices and, if you are not strong, your mind weakens under so many influences, which has negative effects on your clarity of mind. Because of all of this you have to strengthen your mind, which means, think less; think slower, concentrated & clear thought; with sense & meaning; of quality, based on a healthy & positive motivation. These thoughts are then like arrows, which have positive strength and clarity.

Effective meditation means to gather the positive resources of the inner self & then use them in the outer world. It is important to remain neither too much inside, nor too much outside, but constantly to create a balance between the inner & outer realities. Meditation resembles the cyclic path of energy: going from the inside out & then from the outside in, gathering information, or experiences that we need to reflect on, or understand better. On other occasions, it may be a question of recharging our minds with positivity & peace: we go inside and, with the practice of silence, the battery becomes re-energized.
